Planned to stand where the Simone Hotel once did, 321 Ocean Drive is a condo project that intends to match and accentuate the luxury quotient of the chic SoFi neighborhood. Approved by the Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board, this luxury low-rise will be fashioned to offer a stylish abode in the serene South of Fifth neighborhood that graces the gorgeous shores of South Beach.
To be designed by Enrique Norten, a renowned Mexican architect, 321 Ocean Drive is to feature twin towers divided only by a well-manicured, sprawling lawn that shall offer an inspiring expanse for residents to relax and unwind in. With a charming boutique feel to it, this condo project will have one ocean-facing low-rise and one street facing. The tower slated to be perched by the pristine shores will feature nine stories, while that facing the neighborhood will have seven to stay in sync with the overall design of its zone.
Sitting in one of the most luxurious neighborhoods of South Beach, this 30-unit pair of towers is set to feature an ultra modernist appeal. To be developed as a 100% residential project, this oceanfront abode will be styled to resonate with the chic and tranquil vibe of its neighborhood with the added bonus of allowing pets.
